First Appointments are currently 1/2 price as part of our introductory offer at just £35 was £70! Standard appointments are £45.

There are bulk and membership offers available ask your practitioner about these deals when you are next at the centre.  

What Should I Know

Please arrive 5 minutes early. There is space in our waiting area or feel free to wait in your car and we will come out and grab you. There is a toilet available on site.

We accept cash, card, bank transfer but unfortunately not amex. We ask that you pay for your consultation where possible prior to the appointment to save time, or on the day of your appointment.

We require 12 hours notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment. It’s easiest to let us know when we send out the reminder text the day before.

Reception is unmanned so please leave us a message if you’re running late for your appointment or need to make last minute changes, and we will do our best to still accommodate you where possible.

We strive to run on time but occasionally events beyond our control mean we may be running slightly behind, if this becomes longer than 10 minutes you should receive a text message letting you know. If possible please continue to wait patiently, enjoying our peaceful surroundings and the practitioner will be with you as soon as possible.

We usually recommend that you wear clothes you feel comfortable in and that allow for the manual movement of your body. For certain injuries you may be asked by the Osteopath to dress down to your underwear. Gowns are available to clients if this is required. If you would like to bring someone else along to your appointment to make you feel more comfortable they are very welcome.

No, anyone can make an appointment with an Osteopath. However, your general practitioner or specialist may recommend osteopathic treatment for certain conditions or problems. If you are unsure as to whether your specific complaint can be helped by Osteopathy, please request a call-back or email contact@maximisehealth.com

The clinic has plentiful parking out the front and is easily accessible.

If you have any relevant scans – X-rays, CT, MRI, Ultrasound scans or reports please bring these with you so that your Osteopath can review these. Knowledge is power!

Insurance FAQs

Authoristaion from your insurance before any treatment is required . Your insurer will provide you with an authorisation number and how many treatments you are authorised for. Please let our team know you have insurance when booking in.

Once you’ve had your allotted sessions from the insurers the invoices are sent off to them to process. Once processed the excess is payable to the clinic. Our team will update you once the invoices have been processed.

Whilst we are delighted to be able to greet you with a friendly smile if you are still concerned about coronavirus please don’t hesitate to ask our practitioners to wear a mask. There are measures consistent with UK guidelines implemented throughout the clinic to keep you safe. The clinic constantly monitors for any updated information on this front.

Home Visits

Home visits are only available first thing in the morning before 8am and last thing at night after 8pm. Attendance of the practitioner is at their discretion.
